Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I ordered the spicy chicken wings and shrimp lo mein. The wings were pretty good. There was too much sauce in the container but overall I enjoyed the wings. The lo mein was alright. Not my favorite but I did hate it. The service was very good. The lady working was very nice, patient, and friendly. I would go back whenever I have a taste for chinese and don't feel like driving far or going somewhere better.

I have worked near this restaurant on & off for over 10 years but never tried it after having a bad experience at a Hunan on the South side. I finally tried it today b/c I was tired of the other options (not many) in the area. My first instinct was correct, the food was inedible. I threw it out and I am NOT a picky eater. I ordered the lunch combo with Sesame chicken, fried rice, egg roll and egg drop soup. The fried rice was not fried, it was red, I can't even think of what they used on it that would make it red. Even a healthy dose of soy sauce couldn't save the rice. I don't know what they used for their sesame chicken, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't chicken, it looked more like pork and it was the driest, fattiest, grisliest pieces they could possibly find. The sauce was typical sesame sauce. The egg roll was nothing but cabbage and was the only thing I could finish even though I wouldn't describe it as good. I didn't bother to try the soup.

I ate at their lunch buffet when I was in the neighborhood needing a quick place to eat. Although the food wasn't amazing, it wasn't horrible either. Seemed like a typical Chinese buffet. I tried a little bit of several things and thought all of it was okay. Like the other commenters stated, the fried rice was a weird orange/red color. At first I thought for some reason it was Spanish rice because I've never seen fried rice that color. The rice itself wasn't good, but the main entrees were edible. I personally thought the egg drop soup was probably the best part of the meal. The service was actually really good when I was in there (and service is really important to me). My drink was brought promptly. I was offered a drink refill. My bill came quickly when I was finished. Overall, I thought the experience was decent. I certainly wouldn't drive out of my way to go there, but I would consider stopping there again if I needed to be in the neighborhood again during a meal time.

This used to be my favorite asian food place. I have been eating here since the mid nineties and I have never had a bad meal. I hadn't eaten here in a few months and decided to go back for a visit. I ordered my usual chicken fried rice with no veggies to go. I am not sure what happened but the recipe or something else changed. The food wasn't good and it had a red color to it. Sad to say this, but I think me and my Asian love will no longer be seeing each other.

I've had bad Chinese food before, but this one was definitely the worst. The eggdrop soup looked and tasted like it was made with runny egg yolks instead of broth. The eggroll tasted like a rag. The rice wasn't great. And, the main dish would have been better from a microwave dinner. This is a no-go folks.
